• Sit up straight in a comfortable position.
• Close your eyes and become focused on your breath allowing it to flow in and out in a relaxed repetitive pattern.
• Begin by relaxing your entire body.
• Clear your mind and emotions.
• Visualize a small miniature of the world with you self sitting in your chair with your eyes closed, and a strong bar of metal passing through the interior of the earth.
• Now visualize your tailbone extending down into the earth like a long straight tap root.

See this prehensile tail wrapping around and securing you to the metal rod at the center of the earth. Give it several strong tugs to establish that it is secure.

Now, bring your attention back to the soles of your feet. See your feet planted in the thick earthy loam of the soil. Visualize energy running from the ground up through the soles of your feet filling your entire body with Earth energy as if you are an empty container. Take the time and make the image very complete. See energy filling your legs and moving upward into your head, flowing down your arms and into your fingers and finally overflowing from the top of your skull.

Next, look up through your third eye and visualize light pouring down from the heavens above, make it as real as you can image. This light is a healing ray and will appear in whatever form and color is most beneficial. Some people prefer to draw in white or gold light claiming it has the highest frequency. I just allow whatever is in my highest good to flow through in the individual moment. To me it often looks like a descending helix, blending many different colors. Other times it is like a magical rain, sparkling with golden or white light. Now, see this light entering through your crown chakra and filling you up from the soles of your feet until it also cascades from the top of your head.
As the earth energies and the cosmic light come into contact, you may hear a soft hissing sound as they respond to each other by expanding into an effervescent loam.
You are now grounded.

2012 Here and Now
For the last 30 years, the spirit guide, Simeon has been channeling through me on the topic of earth changes.  Over the last 25 years I have been hosting workshops and events to help others become more informed on what is happening within our reality. It has been exciting to be part of this revelation. And now as we come to the finish, I stand in awe at what has been achieved.
I have been instructed to share this with everyone, but it will take me a little time to lay it out, so stick with me on this.
January 15, 2012 I am holding another Earth Changes Seminar where Simeon will offer new information and help instruct teach of us to our part within this incredible awakening.
Sometimes the best place to begin is at the beginning. So I will recount it as the Guides have told it to me.
Ah, the Guides, who are they? The abbreviated answer is that they are friends, family and helpers that assist us from the spirit realm.  I often refer to them as people without their physical vehicle, though guides can be more than just deceased individuals.  Guides can be angels, animal and individuals that have never lived in the physical realm.
I am open to work with any guide or angelic being of my integrity level or higher.  Allowing them to talk to me or through me is called channeling.
The Creation Story
In the beginning there was void.   All that existed was within the conscious mind of God.   Nothing existed that was not God.  When God held a though it formed into mater.
Then God held the thought that He would like to perceive Self.  In that instant a reflection was formed, it was like a musical chord.  This pattern consisted of many varied vibrations each uniquely different, all expressing the individual qualities of God.
Each note within this tonal reflection was an aspect of the Divine. Humanity was of the 3rd vibration expressing the qualities of unlimited manifestation.  As Humanity became conscious they began to notice the other races that were also reflections of the God thought.  These other beings expressed varied qualities of God and existed in other dimensions. Little by little, humans begin to perceive that they were limited to the 3rd dimension while other races had access to higher realms.  This frustrated Humanity and thus they chose to experiment with their ability to manifest.
Experiment Earth
It was decided that a world would be created which forced individuals to evolve.  With the assistance of some of Humanities siblings, the planet Earth was created.  The Leumarians, from the 8th dimension, laid out the original template.  Their gift of Divine architectural design was used to create this karmic pattern which causes individuals to have experiences that lead to higher understanding.  Through the constant contrast and comparison Humanity began to evolve.
We are witness to the fact that this Karmic template has worked and Humanity has succeeded in transcending its consciousness.  Currently there exists on the Earth three levels of consciousness, the 3rd, 4th and 5th.
To understand this better I would have you examine the chakras.  There are seven primary energy centers in the body.  They are as follows:

1. Base Chakra – Survival – located at the base of the spine
2. Second Chakra – Intimacy – located in the reproductive area
3. Solar Plexus –  Mental – located in below the navel
4. Heart Chakra – Emotions – located in the heart area
5. Throat Chakra – Expression –  located in the throat
6. Third Eye – Awareness – located between the eyebrows
7. Crown Chakra – Divine Connection – located on the top of the head

The 3rd dimension is governed by the mind, the 4th dimension by the emotions, and the 5thby expression or communication.  If we study our reality we can see those who function from 3rd dimensional or 3rd chakra consciousness of control through use of the mind.  Those of the 4th dimension appear to be emotionally available.  And those of the 5thdimension are part of this incredible technological surge of communication and artist expression.
2012 is a time when Earth has expanded to encapsulate three different levels of consciousness.  For those who are familiar with Hermetic Law we know that “As above, so below; As below, so above.”   In other words the Earth is a macrocosm of a microcosm and therefore the laws of nature govern all levels of this reality.  So, this increased consciousness is comparable with cellular maturation.   Because this reality has grown so large it must divine.  This mitosis will happen dimensionally creating a 5th as well as a 3rddimensional planet.
In mitosis the mother cell divides into two daughter cells which assimilate different parts of the original cell.  Earth will be divided into two separate planets with the genetic properties of the original planet, including the karmic template.  One new Earth will exist in the 3rddimension having a Marshall Law State.  The other new Earth will exist in the 5thdimension retaining the existing technology and becoming a one world community in a 2000 year of Christ Consciousness.
Thousands of cells divide each day in your body; this worldly mitosis is as subtle.  It’s time to awaken and witness the greatest achievement of Humanity.

 This pattern of breathing will shift you from SURVIVAL to HEALTH mode.
 Begin by softening your shoulders and allowing yourself to fully relax.

•  IN – Slowly inhale through your nose to the count of four.
• HOLD – Hold the same breath for an additional four counts.  
•  OUT- Slowly exhale to the count of four.
•  HOLD – the out breathe to the count of four.

REPEAT
If you are unable to hold your breath for four counts, lower the count to two and then gradually increase until you are able to hold to the count of four.
Use the 4 Count Breath when you are ready to sleep and your sleep will be more healing as it will shift you out of SURVIVAL Mode.
